Taste connects us directly to time and place: a ripe blackberry, gathered in late summer, in Bohemia; rye bread baked from autumn grain, harvested in Finland; cold water drawn from a local well, in a village named Čím. Each taste carries the imprint of land, season, and care. In our work, taste is more than a sense; it is a form of belonging, an invitation to experience a landscape from within.
